NK Carts & Powersports was founded in 2025 by Ethan Faulls, who brings over 10 years of real-world experience in the powersports and golf cart industry. The business is built around expert, trustworthy repair and maintenance services for the New Kent area.
Ethan's background started with racing dirt bikes and ATVs as a kid, where he spent countless hours tweaking, troubleshooting, and repairing them to perform reliably in tough conditions. That hands-on foundation carried into professional work at local shops, where he developed strong skills in diagnosing issues, rebuilding engines, repairing suspensions, fixing electrical systems, and handling a variety of powersports vehicles and golf carts.
Why We Started
He later advanced to operations manager at a major regional dealership, where he led teams through challenging repairs — including lithium conversions, complex troubleshooting, custom modifications, and routine preventive maintenance — while training others on proper techniques.
Tired of seeing too many shortcuts in the industry, like rushed work, cheap parts, and inaccurate diagnostics, Ethan started NK Carts & Powersports to deliver higher-quality repair services right in New Kent. The focus is on doing repairs properly and thoroughly.
